Gerald A. Moore Sr. received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Norfolk State University. He has over 20 years as a Cybersecurity | Information Technology Engineer and Consultant in the federal government sector. He served as a contractor for major consulting firms Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, and CERNER. Mr. Moore also has experience as a Technology Education Instructor with the Rochester City School District.

His federal government consulting experience spans the following agencies National Archives (NARA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Health and Human Services (HHS) and Veterans Affairs (VA).

Mr. Moore is the founder of the Online Technology School for Black Boys and the author of "Motivate Black Boys, How to Prepare for Careers in STEM"

He is also on the board of Team Jenny Bean nonprofit organization
